I have been playing on the site Matchbook for 4 years now and my account has been fully verified. 22/05/2019 I made a bets on the match Svetlana Kuznetsova vs Johanna Larsson (attach screen). My bets was won and it was calculated. After they blocked my account and requested a screen of all my transactions for 90 days on my account Neteller! In the evening, a letter from the Matchbook came to my mail that they return all my bets on this match at the request of the client who placed the given bets !!!!

Matchbook support answered my request that it was admitted to a mistake in the odds bets! Matchbook violates its own rules, which state:
“To further protect clients against “trap offers,” malicious users, technical faults, and so forth, Matchbook reserves the right under extraordinary circumstances to break trades that are the result of an obvious and extreme input error. An example would be if a client is matched on a heavy underdog at 1.04 instead of 26.0. Note that this rule protects against technical errors, not pricing errors, so while a match at odds of 1.66 vs. a prevailing market value of 1.87 may be regrettable, it could not be classed as an obvious and extreme input error.”

In the match, when making bets there was no technical error and the coefficient was normal for the market at that moment! The matchbook canceled my bets winnings at the request of the client who lost money in this situation !!!! The matchbook is not a bookmaker and the fact that they canceled my winning bids at the request of the client who lost is not acceptable !!!!
