Добрый день! Ситуация следующая. Из выше указанной конторы хотел вывести свои кровные. Деньги на вывод встали, но никакой реакции не было. Я связался с их поддержкой, которая доступна только по почте. У меня запросили документы, которые я успешно отправил. Дальше проходили дни и никакого ответа. Я им писал в ответном письме о том, как там проверка, но ответов не было. Они не отвечали вообще. Я создал другой почтовый ящик и написал с него и, О, ЧУДО! они мне ответили, что ещё идёт проверка моего счета. Конкретики по срокам никакой, стандартный ответ «как только, так сразу» Их ответ:

Once the investigation is done from our side, we will inform you accordingly when any updates are available or if any action is need to e done on your part.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in this situation.

Через 3 дня они мне присылают письмо, в котором говорят, что проверяли мои ставки и обвиняют меня в участии в каком-то синдикате 0_0 в моём городе. И поэтому они приняли решение закрыть счёт. Их письмо:
The betting review has been completed on your Betngo account, it has been found that sports bets made on your account match to a betting pattern found to be being used by a known betting syndicate in your Country / City. Due to this the management of Betngo have taken the decision to permanently close this betting account due to the breech of the following condition:
3.10. You will not use any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our website, services, any relevant device(s), software, information or any transactions offered at this website. Also, you will not employ or make use of an artificial intelligence or other system(s) (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to sabotage the system. You are not to collude or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud betngo.com or its registered customers.
Using the various tools at our disposal and the information you had provided the decision was also made to decline your request to cash out the casino balance again due to the above. We do thank you for trying our betting site but their will be no further access granted to play at this site.
